Welcome to Episode 1 , of the Northern Thailand Motorbike series.
Over the 6 episodes , I will showcase my experience , of riding 2500km in 12 days !
I love riding and exploring Thailand by Motorbike is for me, the Ultimate fun 🤩
I will start off in Pattaya and head all the way up to the Golden Triangle, while stopping in at local towns along the way .( Including Chiang Rai for Xmas and Phu Chi Fah, for the BEST Sunrise of my life !!
and then in a mad dash, hopefully make it back to Bangkok for New Years eve !

I've been thinking about the road trip like this and wondering is it dangerous ? after watching yours I think nothing ventured, nothing gained, thank you very much !!

The roads are super easy … just can be a little boring for the first 400-500 km ( if travelling North from Bangkok ) If you have Time , best to stay off the main highways as they are just straight and LONG 😜😂 When I do it again , I’ll be spending more time in the Nan Province for sure . Seriously the Phu Chi Fa , part of this series was worth the long trip - it’s truly amazing . I’m currently in Vietnam , touring the North - MUCH different and speed limits are 60-70 so take a lot longer to get anywhere ( but so many mountains )

amazing, have you been to SAPA ? I generally see backpackers looping through provinces here such as Ha Giang- Cao Bang - Yen Bai, have you been on this one? @@JP.Travelz

I stayed a week in Mai Chau , which is amazing !!! There is too much to see and I’ll have to come back a few times - I’d rather slow travel Vietnam because so far, the highlight has been , meeting the locals and getting to see how they live !! I am off to Cao Bang in a few days and can’t wait to spend some time there.
