Just watching the video got my adrenaline going! Mick Extance and yourself are obviously accomplished riders. Think I need to book a few sessions with Mick Extance at this HD Adventure Centre in Wales to improve my off-road skills, seems like a lot of fun 👍. Note: HD supplies the bikes here so you do not have to worry about riding/dropping your own bike.

Looked like you really enjoyed that mate. Big buggers when they go down aren't they! I think a big part of why I got rid of the Africa twin was the DCT. The DCT was incredible but like you said, the clutch is so important to what we do off road. The traction control looks like they've got that spot on. 👊

Incredible video! My 2023 made it 30 days and 733 miles (never off road). It's now in the shop for 10 days as of 10/4. This is the reason I bought the bike, unfortunately I got a faulty one. Praying the correction whenever it happens will bring me this joy.

Best Pan-America vid I've seen so far... by far... by a long-shot (Since the "get-go", if you know what I'm saying...) Appreciate it, for the thought, consideration, insight, and motivation. Most of these "other" Pan-America "reviews"' have been or become about as bland and appealing as getting served a bowl of lard for breakfast.... Think you captured entirely the "hell yeah" that I think I believe Harley-Davidson was wanting for and a whole lot of folks were hoping for. Shoot... Think Harley-Davidson could have advanced their game, their play or their stance or position in the current market, if they would have hired you or sponsored you, in some way or another, to promote and showcase their product, from the "get-go"... Dog-gone... Just feel like was the vid have been wanting to see or have been searching for, for a couple years now... Thanks. Appreciate it

I bought Pan America after owning a 2018 GS. I had few experiences with a GS offroad and they were not good ones. So when buying Pan America, I had no intent on ofrroading, but to use bike as a tourer and daily commuter. One day my friends called me for a small trail ride, and i agreed to try. And boy oh boy, my world was shaken on how good this bike on trail is. Even with my low skill I managed to go everywhere my friends with midweight bikes went. In the end all company was pleasantly surprised on how this bike handled. So, for me, this is something I was not anticipating when buying it.

You should take Midwest and his890 there and do a comparison of the bikes. Great video.

Your off road riding is far beyond my ability - and I have an aversion to scratching up a $25K motorcycle - but good to know the Pan Am is capable of handling enduro tracks. For me its road touring, twistee mountain roads, and some fire roads...

Yeah. It can do it, but it'll fall apart on you even faster. The bike has horrible engineering decisions behind it such as the radiator hose being too close to the header. I guess you chose to overlook that huh? Then theres mass reports of fuel pump and cam tensioner failures. This engine is falling apart from its own power. Don't get me started on how the kickstand cracks the engine because they chose to mount the damn thing to the engine. Total wankers that get paid to give a good review all over RU-vid
