Respect to those SMRT drivers who drive the late night and early morning services up to LCK pier. Must be.....a real experience. Next time, do try hiking around LCK Lane 6-8. I heard that they replaced the lampposts along the main LCK road back in late 2022, but the side lanes still have the original dimmer lights so I guess that is the real deal.

The open and close doors on empty bus stops were popular back in the late 90s and early 2000s. I dont know whether the drivers still do it or not.

Wow the fact that the 2 of you were stranded in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night, you guys were lucky that spirits didnt follow you out. If it were me I would bring equipment and communicate with the spirits and probably bring a cross to fend off any evil. I always passby around this area around 4-5am when doing my cycling. From CCK to S Kadut to LCK n back to CCK. So far nvr encountered anything and maybe I nvr think any of when cycling.

975 has been on my bucket list for me and my friend to try one day (at least when we are older).

When I research this route that time , I also very confuse that why they will open this short bus trip without returning trip ,cause when this route you arrival at the terminal , you also need returning back but off service only , does is isn’t a waste money and resource eh ?

Bukit brown MRT station is not is service yet, but you can try it!

The bus captain is not afraid of ghost because he or she has to service for the ghost. SBS stand for spirit service bus, likewise for SMRT. Spirit must ride train also, because the roads or tunnels being dug through all the cemetaries where the spirit should rest in peace, especially the whole of Bishan area where the Chinese burial area for many centuries.

What is even more scary, you walk up and the driver is not there with the bus driving itself

Used to live at Lim Chu Kang there. At Neo Tiew Road there HDB. (Now army training place). Abit scary but otherwise, its ok. Peaceful. Just mind the many dogs there

The reason why the driver stop at bus stops even there are no passengers alighting or getting on is because all bus have their time schedule. If the bus keeps going without stopping they will reach bus interchange too early before schedule.
