Love, love, love this. Used to stay up at Oak Cliff in school holidays. Lots of memories, can’t wait to show my mum the big wheel. Looks great. 😊

Wow. Amazing bill. We have just watched the wheel footage. Top man. I’m 3 months away from being right there 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 and will be on that. And walk the seawall from Warren to Dawlish. Ending up at marine tavern for a beer then walk it back to Warren to campsite. Thanks mate. Really really enjoyed that. And the then and now’s. 😍😍😍😍😍😍 thank you bill 👍👍👍

Hello Bill i did leave a comment yesterday but it seems to of hine walkies so ill leave another one 😂you seemed to of had a great time at Dawlish Warren and wow whatva grand view from the big wheel super. Pleased you were able to yelp.out with the doggy too. Enjoyed all of tge trains along the way and the bibys Chinook . I mustnt forget about the shout out Bill a nice surprise . Glad you enjoyed it - Pretty sure dog found its owner / Sensible lady - Just an unfortunate mishap, where dog got spooked and ran off - Perhaps it saw a 'pooky-Cat' ? lol 👍👍👍

Thanks so much for that trip to Dawlish Warren you know it is very close to my heart ❤️ I really hope we can get down again before the wheel goes it certainly has a great position to see lot's of the Warren and local area. Glad to hear the dog was eventually back with it's owners. Thanks again Bill take care x

Hi Bill, those were fabulous views from the big wheel over to Cockwood and Starcross. Nice shot of The Mount Pleasant, which brought back happy memories of camping at Leadstone Farm back in the day. Nowadays, it's all part of the dining room, but back then, the very end section on the right-hand side as you filmed it used to be the family room with a few arcade games. I very well remember the walk along the seawall from Dawlish Warren to Dawlish and then back again. Thanks for sharing, Bill, and I will stopped waffling now and see you tomorrow mate.

Lovely look at Dawlish warren again,and great work with the dog👍 We sawthe Teignmouth arms in Dawlish, I remember the Dawlish arms( or inn) in Teignmouth, were they connected?

Thanks - Only by name so to speak - Last pub on the road coming out of Dawlish on the Teignmouth road = Teignmouth inn - First pub in Teignmouth on the Dawlish road = Dawlish Inn - Its called Dicey Reillys these days 👍👍👍

Went The Warren from 1986-2007...there was a comedian David Glade who ran the club at Hazlewood Park....unforgettable times...nice to see again.

We went on the one in Torquay a few years ago. And we had to chuckle as it had an emergency stop 🛑 button in the pods. I thought that was quite strange, as if you wanted to get off ASAP that's the last thing you want to press 😂😂

True - No such button on the warren one. Mum said to me that I should go and do Torquay, but i always feels someone about to grab my camera when I film over there 😥

Nice to see what the wheel is like from the top and nice to see what you get for £6 . Can’t type well at the moment, nasty infection in my thumb and on antibiotics. The Garden is a dangerous place Bill & sometimes when you don’t even know it 😳 Take care and beware of the garden

So sad to see a dog lost as it clearly was the way it kept stopping. They are so dependent on us really. Loved the big wheel and we will definitely head to Dawlish Warren for a trip - not actually been there yet so a good day out is planned I think and a walk back to Dawlish. Also great shot of the steam loco., thanks for sharing that. Was that secretly you on the donkey😸? See you tomorrow😺.

lol i watched it all. wow lol the wheel is huge great views too just annoying sun harder to video tho. i enjoyed seeing dawlish warren and the sea wall with lots of trains btw the camera there is offline its now blenheim 2. haha you saw a lost dog like i did the other day in my last station they did take him somewhere tho coz he had no name nothing. the freight i was on about was the 5th

Ahh, OK - Shows how much I no longer follow 'Coast Cams' after they changed over! Re the freight date - That would have been it... It came through on the 5th, you told me about it on the 6th, and I saw a pic of it morning of the 7th, which I used in that video, shot on the 7th :)

I was meaning the china clay train on the Saturday which passed at 9 but looking on RTT on the 7th the one you saw in the photo is a different train which passed at 5.30 am obviously your not seeing that

Lol - Just watched it - He's not wrong about the private healthcare though - I remember a farcical conversation in America when I had hurt my back. 'So you you say your back is hurting sir? - Yes, can you help? - And have you received and previous treatment for your back sir? No, its just started hurting... Oh well sir, if you have not received any previous treatment, then we cant treat you for a bad back... - ??? Real Conversation 🤣🤣🤣
