I do like the F800GT. I already have two bikes but am looking for an 'everyday bike' as a third machine. I also like the Honda NC750X-DCT. Decisions decisions....
The stock don't make it sound like a bike, more like a tin can with tiny pebbles. The bike has truly been well maintained. I and my husband are in love with the 2015/2016 BMW k 1300 s. Our concern is getting it imported to our country, Trinidad and Tobago. We are both 5'10 and 6' 4" respectively. We are over 50 and not too in love with sport bikes, they are a lot of them in our country. There are a few cruisers and touring bikes, but we only have one registered dealership, Yamaha. Thanks to the Internet and RU-vid, we can get videos to do basic maintainance on other brands.
I ride 07 f800st...16 years on still brilliant bike..compared to modern bikes..absolutely brilliant handling..comfort..lovely trouble free engine.....Shame on BMW for discontinuing.
Thats a nice bike mayb next time you could include the exhaust install even if it was just a time lapse or if its not too long a real time install i think everyone would enjoy that
Great Video!!!😘 I am looking for a new bike and thanks to you it will be harder picking between the f800gt, street triple, speed triple, honda cb 900, yamaha fz1/fz8/fz6
Thanks for a great video, Michelle. I have had my F800GT for a couple of years now and I just love it. The SC Project exhaust sounds and looks really nice.
Hi i would like to ask you something.... How tall are you???? I'm 1m68cm do you think that its enough to dont have a y problema when you stop the bike??? Thank you for all. Have a nice Day. Grettings from Spain :)
This bike is long overdue for an overhaul, that dash looks like its from the early 2000s as do the mirrors. I was looking at buying one myself, in dark gray, but it's just so dull looking and the fuel gauge is useless on long trips because it only registers when you get below half a tank.
i got one of these when they first came out as a first bike. Once I actually compared to the old st model I would have to agree with you that more should have been done in the upgrade, but dull looking or not it is a good bike, I wish I still had mine. if for nothing else a commuter bike for city riding.
Great edit 👍 Thanks. For sharing this, I was definitely interested in this model. Being in Southern California I’m wanting to transition into a upright bike so I can travel and explore on my days off. I currently ride a 2009 CBR1000RR Repsol
