Ok. Upon further review, I'm not a big fan of the 360 footage from the GoPro Max...at least for 16x9 format on RU-vid. The video quality in Hero mode is so much better in my opinion. That said, the 360 footage is much more versatile. You can flip it 9x16 and use it for Instagram Reels or RU-vid Shorts and still reframe the footage in post to get what you want in frame vs. the Hero mode footage where you end up cropping a bunch off to re-frame and end up with a crappy looking Reel or Short. You can get some pretty cool shots and angles with the 360 footage, I just prefer it for 9x16 as opposed to 16x9.
