Nice video, Guys! I do like the Cardigan Bay area; I remember riding back from Parrog to Coventry on my CB77, back in 1967, on nice and largely empty roads. I like your V7; I've just bought a '05 Breva 750, which is my first Guzzi. It has a far sweeter gearbox and is nicer to ride than my '13 Honda CTX 700. The fact that the Guzzi is 30 kg lighter than the Honda makes it easier for this old guy to push around too, an important factor in one's late 70's! 😀
We are on our 8th The clunky gear box thing is one of those things people who’ve never ridden one mention as you have found I have found that a few Hondas over the years have had quite notchy boxes
@@chrisweeks6973 well a V50 was my first bike after passing my test, I’ve owned lots of other bikes over the years of different types and makes but they remain my favourite
A fine bike to tour on. You could peradventure, add an after market (bikini?) fairing and a decent sheepskin seat cover for added 2-Up touring comfort (i can personally attest to the utility of the latter for lengthy rides, even if it occasionally gets wet!). And doesn't Moto Guzzi offer a decent range of OEM fairings too? Keep up the fine reviews. Perhaps you could add a review of small 2/4 stroke twins -125-200cc of the late1960s and 1970s. Suzuki had a 90cc twin with up-swept exhausts, besides its TS 125cc Stinger ( I owned one); Yamaha had a fine 200cc 2-smoker twin, and the Honda CB 175cc twin of the same era was also a jewel that sold by the ship-load. Pax deorum.
Well Tried a sheep skin on out recently Scotland tour and didn’t find it worked very well Not for me at least The screen offers sufficient protection given the speeds
