@@warrack have you thought about making a whole separate mother brain with it's body (from that one metriod game, not sure which one tho i'm not really a metriod fan myself

You continue to mesmerize me with each and every video. This one in particular I had been waiting for a while. Absolutely love it. The use of Alien figures on Ridley is genius.

My husband and I were blown away by this! Metroid is his most favorite video game. You did awesome! I would love to see Killer Instinct (orchid, Riptor, and spinal) would be cool!
Honestly, a kaiju from the Godzilla franchise would be a cool idea for a custom figure, like Titanosaurus, Megaguirus, Orga, Keizer Ghidorah, Megalon, and even Zilla
Egg man would be very cool if you made him in one of his mechs also I’ve never seen someone make a good 6 inch scale sonic figure that has good articulation
This turned out absolutely gorgeous! I always look forward to seeing your latest work and videos, and this project is truly inspiring. I'm still too scared to give 3D printing a try, but seeing these beautiful pieces that you printed out for this display set is making me seriously reconsider if I'm too scared to give it my best try. As always I hope you and Matt are doing well, and staying safe and healthy! I'll be pouring on the power and trying to get to work on my own stuff as soon as I finish a commission that I'm regretting signing on for... Still, consider the power pouring!
I love these customs and I think I could also be cool to consider later doing the large body the mother brain has after you break the tank, and it could be like an accessory that you could take out the mother brain from the tank and attach it to

Yeah, I’m a big fan of all the soulsborne games and have thought about attempting figures of them for years. No plans to finally tackle them at the moment though.
Ridley is probably one of my favorite Nintendo characters if not one of my favorite designs from all of video games rivaled only by Bowser himself. That’s why he is one of my most wanted figures of all time. To be able to add him to the Smash collection would be a dream come true. Absolutely fantastic work on both pieces here, you really captured the feeling of the characters and the quirky designs of the Metroid universe.
@@chadpeterson5698 yeah he really is, before Sephiroth was added he was the single most brutal and maniacal villain on the Smash roster. And even after Sephi it’s debatable he still holds that title.

@@obi-onekenerdi thanks and the reason I put Kazuya as more evil than Ganondorf is because Ganondorf actually has honor and a few other redeeming qualities while personality wise Kazuya has none.
I was planning on making a reddit post devoted to my favorite RU-vid customizers, and I was worried I forgot someone. Amazing customs! Easily you best work yet.
Now you need a Dr. Robotnik to go along with your villains in some form lol. Maybe a 1/12 scale figure on his eggmobile which could fit into a big tall mecha of his like the Death Egg Robot or or the Egg Dragoon
Not familiar with the characters but once again these customs are unreal. Greatest customiser of all time, and still innovating with new techniques. Crazy stuff.
I have a suggestion for a potential custom. RED from the Godzilla NES creepypasta is a character I really think would make for a cool action figure. He would be around 7.5” tall, making him in scale with the NECA and S.H. MonsterArts figures. The articulation would be done with Revoltech joints as it would allow better articulation for a character that has spindly limbs. There could also be a Solomon figure to go along with it. I hope this suggestion helps!
Thanks, but as I say in the video, I don’t need suggestions. I have plenty ideas of my own that I can use. You seem to have an idea of your own there and have already put thought into making it… so go for it! Give it a try yourself! Don’t wait for someone else!

Kinda off the wall, but If you're still looking for inspiration- I've been playing Morrowind lately and there's some wicked cool designs in that game. Dagoth Ur, Ash Ghouls, or the Various Daedra critters. Maybe the tribunal- Amalexia, Sotha sil or Vivec. Maybe some wildlife Like the Nix hounds, Kagouti, Netch or the infamous cliff racers. Heck, even just Morrowind's take on Argonians has the potential to be a *really* cool figure. That game had an incredibly strong art direction that I feel would fit your personal style exceptionally well, worth a look if you felt up for maybe tackling something from videogames again.
If you're still taking up ideas, maybe one of the mecha from Mobile Suit Gundam could be something you could try. However, I've only recently discovered this channel and I must say your work is astonishing. It's so neat to see the ways you've worked with some of these ideas, and the results are beautiful. I look forward to whatever else you post.
Thanks for the idea but I’m never looking for ideas. As I say, I have plenty of ideas of my own. I recommend you take your ideas and try to realise them in whatever way you can. I want to encourage people to explore their own creativity rather than mine. Hope you enjoy the channel and your own imagination!
Absolutely not!! I did consider it early on, but wanted to focus just on the classic iconic image, rather than the reveal. As great as the body reveal was, it kind of takes away from the brain aspect of the character. It’s not really so much Mother Brain as giant monster with exposed brain.
@@warrack yeah Mother Brain works more as a villain who uses exclusively their intelligence to execute their villainous plans. On other words she works as more of a brains over brawn character. Ridley is also smart but he mainly prefers to use his intelligence in straight up combat.
