I just got one. You did a great job on this video. Very similar to my out of box experience. I have a mountain bike and a motorcycle and this is right in the middle. I love it.
Idk I opened mine today. I got the 1500 W version with the brown leather seat and brown wall tires. Everything seem to be going OK until I tried to install the front tire. It appears that one of the hex nut is stripped(which is easy to replace) but the axle doesn’t really appear to be long enough to catch enough thread on both of the hex nuts to ensure safety and tightness. The other thing is these are enclosed rounded hex nuts so you can’t really see how much thread you’re getting from the axle so you could have a quarter of an inch on one sideand less than a 16th on the other, having problems with customer service
Yes, I removed the threaded rod that was attached to the fork, which is only there for shipping purposes. The actual axle is a bit short, but anyways one of the rounded nuts was stripped, so I just went to the hardware store got a replacement open and did not and attached it so at the very least I can see when I adjust and tighten the nuts. How much thread I have on each sideI put some Loctite on it as well to keep the nuts from moving, but I highly suggested anybody like with any bike or electric bike do routine tightening of everything@@HaggardOutdoors
This is straight out of the box, yeah I've heard that but then I heard that customer service isn't that bad..... So far(knock on wood) I've had NO issues, runs like a chamo, plenty of power... I'm planning to customize it soon.
