I'm glad you enjoyed the video! Regarding your question, yes, a person who is 5'3" to 5'4" should be able to ride the bike comfortably. The bike is designed to accommodate riders within the height range of 5'4" to 6'2", so someone on the lower end of that spectrum can still enjoy a comfortable and safe riding experience.
