Front battery is not working on the Q20 Pro?
The Front battery powers the front hub only, rear battery powers the rear hub and the electronics to power unit on. So if you just use rear hub until battery is showing empty, you can swap batteries or use just select front hub to double your range.

Breakfast at Karens Diner, then lowered the Engwe Engine Pro 2.0 for the wife, Installed a 2 bike rack I purchased off Amazon for $89. It says 90lb capacity but worked great, worked great Lowered the Engwe Engine Pro 2.0 for momma to ride, haulled them on Schaghicoke rd and rode to 45 on main for some ice cream, then up and over Skiff mountain.
Nice ling 30 mile ride, saw 2 huge 10 point bucks and a rattlesnake! Very therapudic and scenic ride, the wife loved it.
