The Ridum is set at Parc Penalta just north of Cardiff. A circular route taking in lush views of the counrtyside, except we didnt get much today due to the low lying fog all day...until the very end.
But with that being said, this was a lap of honour for 48 people who have completed the PEGASUS SLAM 2024... plus 260 or so other runners there that day.
With loads of mud, sliding and falling witht eh occasional plunge into a bog or puddle was inevitable.
I have truely enjoyed the slam this year and cant believe its over but what a journey, and loads of memories made and friendships forged in the trails.
