These are always my favorite vids where you all show off your setups for certain purpose. Love seeing the variety. Y’all should go back and do update videos to see if your setups change overtime and with experience
All of my AR's bult on ZEV upper and lower receivers and Noveske barrels with headspaced bolt. My 13"7 infidel barrel at 200 yds with my 77gr otm reloads 3 rounds measured .031 of an inch. That was what sold me on ZEV and Noveske.
You guys do a solid job of talking about your pics and why. I would like to see you just show more on this subject as you push distance and the hows and whys of of gear/ammo that you find helped you achieve your goals. 👍🏻🇺🇸🏴☠️
Gosh this video was awesome! For me being in Utah I have a built up 14.5 right now that I use for 100+ meters and coyotes. I loved seeing your setups I am going to have to try out some new stuff now lol
Beautiful country. The 🇺🇲 west cannot be beat for outdoor playgrounds. The rifles obviously full of top notch components and look fun as hell but I'm wondering why we're sticking to .223 up in that terrain? I was waiting to see at least a 6ARC or grendel in there. Maybe a large frame AR 308/6.5CM focused video next? Either way, its great content to go with my coffee this morning. Thanks, guys.
3 great looking setups. For my SPR I’m running the Ballistic Advantage 18” OPS12 SS barrel and the Otter Creek OCM5 can. This barrel and can combo is amazing. Extremely accurate and quiet. I plan on getting OC’s Polonium or their K at some point. Stamp collecting is addictive. Sitting at 6 right now with no plan on stopping. Enjoyed the vid!!
Love your guys content! Is there any way to order a extended mag holder for the axis elite alone seeing I upgraded my spare to a +5. It jabs too much and I don’t need the gun holster portion. Thanks!
Hey Miles if you see this, what kind of accuracy are you seeing the model 1. I have one that I’m kitting out similar to yours and was curious if you are getting sub moa with the hornady 73 match?
We don't really have any footage of USPSA or Tac Games stuff, its really hard to get good footage of that type of competition unless its mostly GoPro pov footage
I agreee with a lot of these comments, you guys should do more videos like this… oh and to Miles, I have knights, noveske, so on and so on,, my 16in radian is accurate and consistent ASF!!! Just fyi
Awesome setup. How did you get the tremor three retical for that scope? I have the same scope and it was not offered with that retical, nor will they put that retical in for me.
@@Tier1ConcealedThank you for the quick response. I just checked their website and was only offered in MOAR or MIL-R for the 4-16 ATACR. No tremor 3. I even checked if they would swap my reticle for a tremor 3 and they said they couldn't because the ATACR 4-16 was not designed for the tremor 3 reticle. I think its cool that you have the tremor 3 reticle in a 4-16 ATACR.
That's weird! I'm on their website right now and they have way more options including the Horus Tremor 3 - Illuminated, Horus H59 - non illuminated, MOA-XT, MOAR F1, MIL-XT, MIL-R F1, and MIL-C F1. www.nightforceoptics.com/riflescopes/atacr/atacr-4-16x42-f1/
@@Tier1Concealed Thank you for looking into that, I see were I was confused. I have the 4-16X50 F1. The tremor 3 is offered only in the 4-16X42 F1. Thanks again.
I would love to put something like this together but here in Central North Carolina, there are HARDLY ever any sightlines past 300 yards to justify the extra weight and magnification needed from an SPR over a standard 16-inch Barrel with a 3x Prism that I have set up as my general purpose rifle.
not sure if i want the leupold 2-10 or 3.6-18….wish i could check them both out before making my decision. i have a razor 4.5-24 so i dont think i need the 18x.
Between the night force 4-16 mil- c or mil xt as well as 3.6-18 leupold? What do yall like best and what reticle makes the most sense for precision 16 inch 556 shooting 77’s
SPR is what SOCOM called the MK12 upper. Special Purpose Receiver. It’s to extend the range of 5.56. Their SR25 class of rifles would be called DMR or SASS. For civilian use, usually you see AR-15 platform rifles setup for longer range called an SPR. AR-10/ .308 ARs are usually called DMRs. Either could be called precision rifles.
A 5.56 you hit more with is more useful than a 7.62 you hit less with. The one that's easier to train with, that you can carry more ammo for, and that is in total more affordable is probably going to get more people to get into longer range and precision shooting proficiently than bigger cartridge builds. I love 308 and have tons of it (including a shorter "run and gun" in the ol boy) but don't sleep on 5.56 for the intermediate ranges.
120 Meters? Come on Man….. Great equipment, Panoramic Vistas? Hump that steel out to at LEAST 600, just to make it interesting. Great Vid LR/ELR is a side passion of mine. We built a Shoot Platform and have1800 yds available at the Ranch. Would love to see a Vid stretching limits of your SPRish sticks
