Im so going to have to look into palladium games. Ive only head about them from here but this has totally sold me on it. I love the grunge 90's feeling to it. That art reminds me of some darksun stuff ive seen.

Psychic goblins exist in dungeons & dragons they're called a Blue because of the color of blue tinged fur that covers their whole body honestly I think it would be a pretty cool player character race but it would definitely take some working to get it right
