I met Brandon at the NAMM and had the privilege to talk to him. It is unbelievable how well spoken and polite he is. He for sure is one of the nicest guys with honest and good manners. The future is his.
16 years old? Gotta be his third or fourth life as a guitar player, gear nerd and decent human being. Incredibly impressed - he's got a bright future indeed.
So cool to see young players actually playing an instrument. In a day of electronic / digital media seeing guitar players is very refreshing. Good on you Taz! Great that PG gives them recognition.
I also had the opportunity to meet Brandon on the blues Cruise and discuss guitars and gear. It’s great to see how passionate he is about his music. His future looks bright..🤘🎸
Was on that KTBA Cruise put on by Joe Bonamassa...got to meet John and Chris and Perry from PG!! Great Guys and amazing to see Artists walking around with Mere Mortals such as myself!! Hope you Guys are all Safe John and PG Gang!!!
Brandon went to the high school that I teach at, but I didn't meet him as he didn't take honors or AP physics. I'm sure I saw him in the halls, but didn't know he was. However, he sure is an impressive guitar player.
Never heard of this guy being from the UK. Seems a really nice, humble bloke. Great guitar playing and going to check him out thanks to this rig rundown.
What a dude and crazy killer player!! Must have some pretty cool parents, they brought him up right. Looking forward to what he comes up with in the future as he continues to develop his own style
How are strap-locks even a thing anymore? Step one: Remove strap buttons. Step two: replace them with I-Bolts, and slap a couple of latches on them. Works better than any strap-lock system I've ever tried, and costs a whole lot less. It's not like I came up with the idea or anything though. Just took a page out of Zakk Wylde's book. There's not a single strap-button an any of his personal guitars. They're all hooked.
Ummmmmmmmm no. Not at all. Stop it with these comparisons to music's true geniuses. This guy is yet another blues-box player. Nothing more. Hendrix? Come on. Nice kid though I will give him that.
Larry's tunes bro he’s playing in a lot more than the blues box (which Jimi played anyway so wrong metaphor) but he’s playing some jazz licks and a lot a pretty hot. He’s 16 and can play better than many adults. Definitely has earned the Jimi comparison
John is usually great at this gig but he did way too much talking here. He kept interrupting. Very out of character. There must have been some external circumstance that forced it.
