My wife and some friends had dinner at her restaurant in NYC a year ago last Labor Day weekend in better times and it was wonderful and her staff were fantastic. The food was delicious! And the staff are all so kind and helpful.

I was laying in bed thinking about raisins, and thought that the sweetness would pair well with pasta, the heat of the pasta brings out the sweetness of the raisins.
