RIGd UltraSwing Install on 2021 TRD Off-Road 4Runner | 5th Gen overland build 

As of now nothing. The car has a new plate that is reflective unlike the temp tags that were on it when we filmed this video. However, there are many aftermarket LED lighting solutions that mount to the top of the plate and tap into the taillights for power. I believe Rigd’s RU-vid channel even has a DIY on how to do this :))

As of now, we don’t have a wheel on and you can still see through the bars. But once the wheel is on, it’ll be covered. Rigd and some other aftermarket companies sell a relocation kit that I believe puts it near the new license plate mount and swings with the arm :)

@@Corteezy Thank you for the reply. I really hope Toyota to relocate the camera in newer models. So we don’t have to do it ourselves when attaching a tire carrier. Or an after market company makes a tire carrier that clears the back up camera.

It has an additional hitch mount built in so you can tow/install bike racks without needing to remove anything off the ultra swing.

I’m sure it would work. The arm has a 250lb weight capacity and the size of the tire affects your back window visibility but that is personal preference. You can check out Rigd’s website for fit info for you specific vehicle :)

For the 4Runner model specifically, around $1200-$1300 without the table or hi-lift jack accessory. But for Black Friday, the table was included at no extra cost. So we saved around $200-$300 not having to buy the table

I haven’t checked out their deals recently, but to my understanding the table was only a part of the block Friday schedule. You can always reference their website for more info!

2 main reasons :) 1. We’ve found much better feedback from the aftermarket community looking for individual instal videos. Some people are purchasing JUST the ultra swing, and want to see how to install their specific part. And could care less about the other stuff we’re doing to our rig that they aren’t purchasing 2. The majority of our “phase 2” (lift kit, wheels, C4 Bumper etc.) are being installed by our local off-road shop StellarBuilt since they are professionals and we don’t wanna risk anything when driving hard on trails because botched the install. And because of that, there would be less content to film since it’s at the shop. So we’re filming what we can and leaving the rest to them when it’s finished :)) Hoped this helped explain our ideology! We appreciate the support!
