We are often surrounded by people with different personality traits that in some way, effects us. By understanding their impact on our growth, we can be cautious as to how much access we should give them in our life.
There are 3 kinds of people in our life.
Leaf People - Those who stay as long as the situations are green and can benefit them. They leave you once their purpose is solved just like the leaves shed itself. So, losing the Leaf people is actually not pain worthy. It is rather good riddance !
Branch People - Those people who support you, stay with you and allow themselves for your growth. They stand for you as long as they can bear the stress and once they reach the threshold, even they leave like the branches fall apart if laden with too much weight. It is not recommended that you moan for the loss of Branch people.
Roots People - Nurturing you, Root people want to see you grow and be a constant throughout. They are the ones who nourish you with your needs while you focus on expanding as the roots do. They motivate you to stretch your limits and be your best. Keep the Roots people close. They are genuine and clear hearted.
