Heart with both Right Ventricular and Left Ventricular hypertrophy? Axis might be normal? V3 and/or V4 EKG tracings might have robust voltage in both R and S deflections? does higher than usual voltage in the R of lead II mean anything?
Been searching for more info about this. I have asthma and my EKG almost always shows right ventricular hypertrophy which can be caused by lung disease (i.e., asthma?).
Hi from the age of 16 till now I m at the age of 28 I have been experiencing chest pains but no blood test or ECG scan could pick up anything I lost hope BuT about 2weeks back an ECG came back with RVH is it to late to treat?
It said on my ecg report to "consider right ventricular hypertrophy, normal varient". Also "normal sinus rhythm". My doctor just said your ecg looked good when I did a follow up appointment to go over my results. Why would he not even mention that it said that 🤔? Just curious if it's extremely common or somthing.
@@rabh1082 I havnt had a follow up ekg to check but I know I've had a chest ache for awhile now and my smart watch is saying I'm under stress even when I'm relaxing so to me that doesn't seem fine
Hey Jennifer! Definitely go back and check out the course. We also have a separate book and videos on our site www.ekg.md if you’re looking to make the most of your time. Happy learning!
