The Righteous Brothers were an American musicl duo of Bill Medley Bobby Hatfield. They began performing together in 1962 in Los Angeles area
As part of a five member group called the paramour, but adopted the name The Righteous Brothers

OMG the late Bobby Hatfield! I was 15 yrs old when I watched him sing this beautiful song on the Andy Williams show in 1965. He owns this song. No one sang it like he did. No auto tone, pure raw talent. RIP Bobby! We miss you!!! ❤❤❤

I have listedn to it over and over again-- since I found these REaction things...maybe 50 times at least today and last night alone.. :) It's said that Elvis sings this-- but I'm here to tell you, Elvis CAN"T TOUCH THIS-- not on his BEST day..

That was one of the greatest blue eye soul songs from that era. If you would like to further stimulate your follower try listening to two black singer’s from that era. Jackie Wilson sings ‘LONELY TEARDROPS’ or my favorite female voice , Nancy Wilson ( not related) sing ‘ITS OVER GIRL’ as she sings to her BF that the relationship she is in is history, but she just ignored the obvious signs. You’re welcome in advance !

Bobby Hatfield of the Righteous Brothers duo sang this solo. This beautiful song was recorded live on the Andy Williams TV show in 1965 & is considered one of the best live performances ever done and it is. So many others, including Elvis covered the song over the years. Bobby sadly passed away in 2003 but his partner Bill Medley is still performing. The Righteous Brothers have many, many other great recordings & were they inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2003.
