Rigol DHO924s vs ds1054z while using memory capture AND serial decode. 

Before the 900 came out, I wanted to swap my 1054z for the 1104z+s also. With LA port, the 1104z+ is $200 less than the 914 and $400 less than the 924 at $CAN1K. I now like better the features of the 800/900. If you don't need the function generator and use only 4 digital signal, you get a bargain with the 804/814.
