Beamng is clearly better and It's not even a finished game, it's still early access and the only thing that you are comparing is that RoR is free and Beamng is paid (20 euro thats very good price). I'm not saying that RoR is a bad game. I even played it like 10 years ago, and it was fun, but Beamng is better in almost every way.

rigs of rods was the original beamng, the devs branched off to make beamng drive. Basically ror walked so beamng could run
