Yes, the first Chevy panel van Grave Digger was built in late 1988, and (as far as I know) debuted in January of 1989. Leslie Anderson drove the Ford panel van for Dennis through 1989.

USA-1 was released on Sim-Monsters in December. I'm hoping to have more released soon as time allows. The custom TNT Superdome track & pulling sleds will likely be next (I just have some more detailing work to do on the pulling sleds), then Awesome Kong (need to make some changes to the nodebeam/suspension).
I have the mod but can you do me a favor can you please make another version of the 1988 truck but put the 1987 truck without the doors behind the truck and it's like the truck in the early 1988 so can you please please put it I always wanted it.

Again, hoping to have it released sometime this winter The crush cars are ones that I made for some of the tracks I've put together (Indianapolis 1985, Blizzard Dome 1985, New Orleans 1986 [Return of the Monster Trucks], etc.). They're loaded into Rigs of Rods as .load objects, so if you have any of these tracks added, you should be able to spawn the crush cars on any track.
I don't know if it ever officially had a name, but it's "theme music" that was composed by Michael Kitkoski for segments involving Grave Digger on the 1989 Tuff Trax broadcasts.
I don't know if that song ever had an official title, at least as far as I know. It was an instrumental track composed by Michael Kitkoski for Tuff Trax that they used occasionally when Grave Digger was featured on the show. I've just been calling it the Tuff Trax Grave Digger Theme.
