it's nice to see these beauty gurus/influencers unfiltered with their textured skin and imperfections. Thank you for not using skin smoothing filter. it makes everything realistic and attainable and i love you for that
Very sad that nowadays you are happy and glad if somebody doesnt use skin smoothening filters. Like?! What the heck in what world do we live? Its normal to have flaws and if you forget that something isnt right
of course its normal and we all know that people have them, but it is also really discouraging when we watch beauty influencers because we love makeup and it appears that they somehow have managed to achieve flawless and effortless skin and in reality-- they haven't. I think the point of this comment was that it was refreshing to see a video that didn't have skin filters because it was a reminder that everyone has these flaws and really, no amount of money or anything except genetics can achieve that "flawless" effect. They've done studies on what constant exposure on social media can do to people. We watch makeup videos because we love makeup, we never asked the influencers to use blurring filters. Obviously we would all much prefer that nobody use them, but they do, and the exposure to that false reality still has a psychological effect on viewers
Was she mentally challenged? She sounded super illiterate. You could literally see how dumb she was from her stupid face expressions. Like dude your a model for fenty! Wear ur bitch face & do your job
Modified Curls how can you call her dumb when you don’t know the difference between your and you’re? you don’t have to like the model but you don’t have to be so rude, she’s not mentally challenged and that’s very ignorant of you to say
mentally challenge? You're ignorant as hell. She's a comedian, and has almost a million followers. Please enlighten yourself because you make yourself look like an rude ass bitch.
The first model annoys me. Even Priscilla was distracted "You're so silly". And she said J-lo glow. I mean honey, this is Fenty beauty by Rihanna, not Jlo. When you're a model you should be a blank canvas, and trying to be as still as possible.
Virana Khairunnisaa/ I dunno, I liked her pop of personality. A model is a person, not an object, and she can smile and act the way she wants. But don't get me wrong, I totally respect your opinion, and she was a little.... over exaggerated.
This model is getting on my nerves! I wish Priscilla could've switched models right in the middle of her application. This was not HER time to shine. This is about the MAKEUP and the ARTISTRY needed to apply it to achieve a certain look. One thing the model did do though was highlight just how professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and boss her whole team is. I could watch her team do things all day, they're so good!
Lol the first model isn't a model really. She's a comedian/personality on IG and this is her toned down compared to how she usually acts on IG. I'm sure she was picked because of her personality.
Ikr I get that she is a comedian, but she is there as a model not as a comedian, we just want to see the techniques not laughing. I would have watched comedy videos if I want to laugh
Rihanna is knocking it out of the park! Not only is her products good, but it’s fresh and cool! I love the ideas she is coming up with! If she never makes music again, she will keep going with her beauty line...Riri is here to stay! Now I need to run out and get some of these high lights!
I am so proud of Rihanna and her success w/ this makeup line. She's proven to be an innovator in the music scene and fashion, but her m/u line has "shook" the industry and put a fire under their asses to be inclusive and embrace ALL women (and men).
Love this video Fenty Beauty. Natural, fun, and new innovative techniques. Yessss, Fenty. More videos regularly, Pleassse. Im picking up the collection tommorrow. Cant wait to try rhis technique.
That first model turned me off BIG TIME! Your job is to sit & be the beautiful canvas not promote yourself or wtv it was you were doing! I agree with the comments don't use that girl again sorry not sorry.
How much more refreshing were the two models after the first? Sat down still and were perfect to use as a canvas! Purposely moving around and distracting like the first model is annoying
Stunning. Fenty is knocking it out of the park! It’s my fave brand right now. Recently got a goodie bag from being a plus one at the Stunna Mom event - so grateful because I didn’t have most of what was in there! Thank you Fenty/Rihanna!
Thank you for sharing this product instruction! It was lovely to see a full range of Fenty’s products in action, while learning about the products. It sure would be nice if, in the future, Fenty Beauty considered adding a few reviewers my age (I am 49) to your classes and PR. After all, simply because we age doesn’t mean we lose interest in feeling & looking beautiful; in my experience, personally and with women I know, it actually increases. In addition, as we age, I’ve seen a significant increase in the interest in wearing shimmer/metallic products. These facts, combined with the fact that products wear, apply and perform differently on mature skin, is a perfect example of why Fenty Beauty needs mature representation, as well. After all, you’re missing a significant market, as are most brands, by not acknowledging and working with mature aged reviewers. If consumers my age see only representation by younger reviewers, all but the super adventurous will not even try the products; believing the products are not designed to perform on our skin. A perfect example of this is that I’ve never purchased a Fenty Beauty product because I’ve never been able to find a review/demo of the products by anyone my age. From what I’ve learned from my friends, and subscribers, this is fairly standard - mature consumers tend to search for product/brand reviews before purchasing products. I would love for the opportunity to expose Fenty Beauty to the mature consumer market. Again, thank you for sharing this very informative class. I would have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to be there! And, as you will see with mature reviewers, we tend to come at reviews and product demos different than our younger counterparts. As an example, had I attended this event, I would have brought all of the information, and products, back to our viewers; sharing what I learned with them. Much love, Shelbie =)💚💋
I used to go crazy with bronze and highlight and then someone made me feel incredibly self concious about it so i stopped playing, but O.M.G i LIVE FOR EAR HIGHLIGHT!!!!! I LOVE THIS LOVE THIS LOVE THIS!!!!!!
When I was 12 I made this pinky highlighter because I was inspired by something I saw in my magazine so I wore it everyday to school over my cheekbones and temples but loads of ppl were critical and now I am really glad to see that more ppl are doing it now because I think it is a great way to express your creativity❤️
I know right, it makes the products so versatile. I find that if something is too dark for some parts of my face, I can make it work for eye shadow or on the lips, the highlighters would probably work on anyone’s lips
OK they just sold me everything with the way they are. Hector and Priscilla are just so nice. And the skin of the third model is to die for. Love everything about this.
Let's talk about the natural beauty of the black model. She can pull out any clothes, any look and still work that damn out on daily or even on the catwalk. She is A model. The last one.
I’m super pale, blue eyes blonde hair and I use the purple on my eye lids for an eye shadow. You could also apply it to lips and add a lip gloss on top
Priscilla & Hector are amazing professional makeup artists! Their techniques allow the makeup to really enhance the Fenty face & individualize each person's look!
Everybody talking about they don’t like the first girl persona... SHE IS ONE OF RIHANNA’s FAVORITE COMEDIANS. SHE THERES TO BRING LIGHT TO THE EVENT THIS IS WHAT SHE DOES LIKE STOP IT
nope, i think she is being too much. im not saying its bad to have personality. BUT the way she acts kinda overshadowing the product, its not her time to shine you know, she is no one, she is just a model, THEY ARE SELLING THE ITEM NOT HER. PLUS, she is being so unprofessional by asking so many unnecessary questions and comments. Especially the last comment, damnn, "i ain't see it yet", beach please!
