I dont believe the votes are legit in any way, look at his number of followers on social media and compare that to the amount of interactions he has on his posts. He barely has anyone replying to his stuff even though his following is "apparently" huge. Some people from his family have insane follower counts on social media and promote him and thats the only reason he even made it his far. Its 0% on merit and most people think he should have already been out in the first Round of the contest

Literally 90% of people have this in their bottom half of the Semifinal, the massive social media campagin is the only reason he made it so far. Same thing applies to Michael Bolton who also only made it to the Semi because of being well known

Late, but the Televote is 100%. Since he's popular to most people in the US, even tho I don't know his other songs lol.

People with big follower counts are promoting him and he literally gave a guide on how people can give him extra votes. Almost everyone I talked too had this in their bottom 3 of the Semi so this is just suspicous as hell. Well... at least the juries will crush him in the Final

All televotes are believable but this is the first one in the contest that is suspicous as hell. No way that more people preferred this to Ada LeAnn, Hueston or Ryan Charles. Some people are promoting him like crazy and he also literally encouraged people to cheat the televoting on his social media

Yes! The chorus sounds like it's autotuned to the point it almost sounds like a computer. Also his dancing is... _be kind Jon_ not my cup of tea. I'm shocked it's in the finals.

Well to be fair it’s a song contest not a singing contest tho. Vocals shouldn’t be a concerning factor. Anyways he won’t get enough votes to win in the final

@@taihung9006 since ASC is based on Eurovision, it has always been the case at Eurovision that the songs are sung live and the juries vote based on the quality of the song and the performance, which includes vocals. So yes, it is a concerning factor, or at least it should be. Otherwise you could have some bloke off the street who can't sing just go and mime to the best song in the world and win.

@@80PercentScottish emm well I shall make this more clearer. Vocals should not be the main factors. Of course you can’t just pick Donald trump and let him sing AleXa’s song. But this is after all a song contest. Even he’s a little bit bad at singing live it shouldn’t have been the main factor. If you talk about the whole performance then it shouldn’t just about vocals. Songs are way more important than vocals. Well if America thinks his song is great then he’ll go through. I think his voice is not that bad tho I’ve heard many ppl with worse voices on talent shows like agt. It’s just he’s not the best singer but the song is pretty friendly. I’m not saying he deserves to be there but at least he deserves some credits instead of just saying auto tune and sounds like computer
