Imagine going to college with hopes of becoming a swimming champion, and becoming a superstar in politics. Ms Gaines is a true champion. If there is every a woman to be a poster child for female empowerment; Riley Gaines has properly earned that title. If more women were like Riley, this world would be a better place.

Riley Gaines is a national treasure! Her fight for women's rights and fairness in sports and female only spaces such as sororities, women's shelters, restrooms, locker rooms, and others is admirable and gives me hope. I expect more great things from Riley.

All of my worst sports injuries were in co Ed and were a result of men. One of them I ended up in the hospital with a pinched nerve after he ran into me during soccer. I have had many women hit me during soccer even though it’s illegal. None of those women hurt me including women who were much taller and heavier than me. The man was only 15 ( so not a man) and only had an inch on me. And he was slender. I was 17. I can still remember the impact was like nothing I had ever encounter against a girl. I had to be helped to a car and driven to the hospital. This was long before trans was a thing.

It be one thing if Artemis made an effort to pass.. it be one thing if he approached the sorority and administration and said “hey I’d like to join but I know I’m biologically male and I want to maybe find a way that will make everyone happy.” Before the semester even started or say “hey maybe I can come back next year?” It’s unfair to make others uncomfortable… Artemis is clearly an AGP!

Even after my transition I stopped running long distance races because usually I placed or medaled (in my age group ofc). If I put F, I would take their spot, if I put M, I would just feel awkward up there in a sports bra and shorts. I know I am faster than most because I train hard, but you kinda give up some stuff when you transition. It's a fact. The swimmer that is in question was in the wrong and their in person interview is a joke. You don't need to compete to find your true self. If that's all you got then its just an excuse. I also don't use a gym or locker rooms, I run outside and shower at home. But I wouldn't anyways, but yeah, I do use female restrooms when I am in wedges, professionally dressed, and proper. I'm not going into a male restroom like that. I just have to take a shit, wash my hands, fix makeup and leave and get back to work.

Just amazing: A sorority changes its by laws to include a guy pretending to be a woman. The remedy is plain, if the women actually care; that is, not to join, or remain a member of, the sorority. leaving the guy to occupy the sorority house alone. If, on the other hand, women continue to join up, what's the beef? It's now just a sorority-fraternity house. No big deal.
