From Waylon to Travis and now Riley, this is one of the greatest songs ever recorded. Riley does an absolutely kickass job on this song! We need more Riley Greens and less Sam Hunt on the Radio!
Went to a concert of yours recently in Evansville In. I had quit listening to country music because most of it isn't country anymore! I became a fan of yours that night, country is still alive!
Hi Mandi, first of all I just want to say thank you to everyone who has supported me all through my music career as well as during this time. I’ve felt a lot of love lately from many individuals going through y”all comments so many things have happened since I’ve had that much time and the opportunity to interact with fans as well as sharing my feelings on what has happened with my music... Thank you so much for your wonderful support❤️
Love it! I find myself coming back and listening to it on repeat several times. I do feel like it doesn't have quite the same 'emotional impact' as is in Travis' version, this is still one of the best renditions I've heard. Yes, Waylon recorded it first, but Waylon would tell you how much he loves Travis and that his version knocked it out of the park -- and he'd say the same for Riley's version too.
Listening to this for about the millionth time. Planting on FS19 and jammin to Riley green through my wireless headset. Busch light cold. Good quite night after a long 80hrs in the field this week. God bless.

Wow is all I can say. This is my favorite song. I didn't think anyone could get anywhere near travis's cover. It's great, with a modern sound...I love it.

Then you should hear it by the original country boys (Waylon Jennings and Travis Tritt) one's who've never sold out to anyone just because they wanted a record deal. They didn't care who they offended nor did They care who did or didn't like them. They were, still are and always will be REAL country.

If we're talking about the same Song here,Where Corn Don't Grow.Have you ever heard Travis Tritt's version.I personally like it better. The Music in His version and the way He sings it,I don't think anyone could put more heart into a song.I have also heard Waylon's version and Waylon and Travis singing this Awesome Song Together. That would be my second favorite version.Try listening to Travis's version and let me know what You think.
@@markallen6818 Have to agree with you about Travis Tritt's version. I'd say it sounds more raw or something, more like someone really experiencing it. I'd say Green's version is closer to Jennings so if you like that version you'll like his more as well. However I think Tritt did it much better.
@@thegoldfly1 Thank You for paying attention to how He sings this song and Yes Riley Green's version does sound more like Waylon's version.I like All three just like the Music better and the way Travis seems to put His heart into this Awesome Song.I've seen Waylon and Travis perform and Love them Both.
@@caedynpaulson7629 is there a way I can get an aux to work in an old truck? I just got my license, and we’re tryna get the old ‘87 Chevy fixed so I could drive that but idk how to get an aux to work, if that’s even possible to put one in there lol (I’m not very good with that technology stuff 😂)
@@mickmerzon_music if there's a cigarette lighter in there you can buy a Bluetooth device that plugs into it and you connect your phone to it via Bluetooth. I use one in my truck and it was only like $20

I was just a young country boy when my grandma told me don't ever go where the corn don't grow because you going to find Misery. She told me to stay close to Rural areas with Farmers. So you can have roof over your head and food on table. My grandma passed away at 98 years Old.... Now I'm 55 years Old and my grandma was damn Right... And i just love that's Song.
If you listened to this song at 4:06m long, 1000 times. You would have spent 68.3 hours listening to it. Meaning it would take at least 2.84 days of continuous listening to reach 1000 replays.
Another wonderful song proud of you Riley Green keep up the good job miss seeing you and hearing you I'm glad everyone start to come back can't wait to see you in your concerts ❤️❤️❤️💕🍻🍻🍻
@@jburche2 He'll be in Tennessee next week for 2 nights. But come on, you've gotta share Riley with us too. We want to show him some love in CA if he ever comes back. :)
People Don't realize what corn is one of the most essential things we need. If we didn't have corn we wouldn't have beer, a lot of food products, and horses would have to eat something else
