nastynat1001 I always felt like Anya liked to play the victim a lot. Admittedly, in season 7 Holly J treated her like crap, but in season 9, they were friends again and Anya constantly ditched Holly J to hang out with Sav but expected Holly J to be available when Sav ditched Anya. If Holly J had other plans, she was a bad friend. And then there was that whole thing with the fast where Anya humiliated Holly J in front of the entire school so everybody hated Holly J, then told Holly J to "bring it" and then played the victim when Holly J retaliated (and yeah, I love Holly J :D) Then she played the victim in her entire relationship with Sav. Urgh, so annoying :D But her friendship with Riley was totally awesome! Yeah, Riley and Zane were cute together :P

I first watched this playlist back when it was full of videos (before the series got pulled from RU-vid and put on HBO Max). It’s actually what got time into Degrassi, and I’ve cherished it dearly for five or six years since.

This episode is supposed to take place towards the end of the school year, but if you look closely during the scene when Zane and Riley are in the house that's under construction, you can see their breath, as well as autumnal leaves in the background.

I loved Sam. Idk about him ending up with Riley though. I usually prefer to pretend that Beat It never happened since the "writers" made him act ridiculously out of character and made him into a monster, so Idk what REALLY happened during that time period. I wanted him with Peter. He had more chemistry with Peter than he did with anyone else on the show period. Peter always helped Riley with his sexuality and was understanding and caring towards him, and Riley helped him with his meth addiction.

Okay I see what you are getting at, the way I looked at it, was that he was a really sweet guy who respected Riley but wanted Riley to be himself and be open. Zane's not perfect, but I wouldn't classify him as bitchy.
