I have watch and read both Animes and it's source Materials. Shadow atleast at the same level/slightly stronger than Veldora. Veldora can easily destroy an entire forest, town or mountain out of rage. It's shown Shadow are capable of cut the entire big city like tokyo to half with just single slash from the latest chapter of the manga. Atleast, Shadow maximum power not yet fully explained by the Manga/LN

because of this trend some anime reaction types are just full of character as character its such a crap its too much, the anime characters react to powerful or random character of their anime or their mc is becoming more rare it's like they are over relying to a strong character to make the the character look powerful and cool but its just pretty disappointing that this (character) needs to rely to be good and people are just forcing these side characters to believe that they are him while these side characters dont think bout how weird that power doesn't exist here or why did he turn that with no reason are evidence (dont think of this too much if your not the type who focuses on logic)
