I'll always stand with Rimuru when it comes to a debate with him and Anos. Reason is because of all the resistance Rimuru has which can basically resist everything Anos can do and his Azathot can eat things more than a conceptual level. Medoka Kaname vs Rimuru is a different story because I don't think Rimuru has anything that can affect Medoka. Though Medoka won't affect him either so it is a stalemate between the two.

Actually, Veldenava used "Turn Null" To create all the concepts us irl humans know of (we cant think of new concepts to put in a fictional universe) and rimuru can use turn null infinitely and creation cannot exist where the nothing does exist so veldenava would lose since he had a limited amount of uses of turn null.
To tell the truth, Anos couldn't do anything with Rimuru, simply Rimuru has a couter for all of Anos' abilities, for example venuzdonoa, it simply wouldn't work because Rimuru can't be affected conceptually. Anos' eyes, rimuru has the nihility collapse barrier this ability works in the same way as Anos' eyes but better because this barrier does everything that Anos' eyes do but the difference is that everything that passes through it transforms in energy for Rimuru. So in my point of view Rimuru would beat Anos with 0 difficulty because Anos simply wouldn't be able to affect Rimuru at all.
