Hey Everyone! The new DLC for RimWorld is out and Anomaly is the focus of this new series. Starting with a single rich explorer we will venture out into a fresh rim world and uncover the dark secrets it holds. The difficulty is set to Blood and Dust so we can enjoy and experience the new content, and even if we fail and get consumed by dark forces there still may be hope! Hidden conduits are so much better than being tough to damage. They're immune to the short circuit event. You can stockpile solar power and batteries, and never have to worry about that Zzzt event exploding part of your base. The new conduit is amazing! I have an existing save, fairly well developed, that I started on 1.5. I haven't actually started into the Anomalies yet, but I do have the event triggered, though with out a monolith on my starting map, the method to trigger the Anomaly content changed.

Now I'm not a great fan of horror but I am interested in this playthrough Ryan. I'll watch your endeavour for sure so that I can think about whether or not I want to play with this dlc. Good luck with your run.

I've played around a bit with the 1.5 unstable branch and i think book reading is a recreational activity, the dlc is very interesting so far and adds a difficulty spike it seems especially early game, I've just started a game with the new research team start, you get a ghoul who is very tanky but cant do work or use weapons and eats double the amount of raw meat lol I just found your channel and like your style, thanks for the vids, i'll be watching in future cheers ;)

Thanks for the insight. I am really excited to see what 1.5/Anomaly has to offer. I found the last DLC, Biotech to be a masterpiece so I have high hopes for this one. Glad you found my channel! I'll be uploading RW episodes daily :)

You can give raider's corpses to the trees. Is a good way to dispose your enemy's bodies. It is not necessary to give them animal meat.

I've done series both ways, but when a new DLC drops I like to get right to the action. Plus I talk alot when I go through all the options so it can take 10mins to get into the game XD

I love that Rimworld is getting all of the attention. However it primarily highlights how aweful I am at this game

Yeah, it is such a great game and Ludeon is a top-notch, dedicated studio. They deserve the success. Keep playing, my friend! I have a feeling I will be dieing a lot with this new DLC ;)
