@chemix4314 I think it's close to being perfect because if we're going by the show, most of them aren't from a primarily English speaking area (I haven't watched blue lock in awhile so I might be wrong) but them having a bad accent speaking English in a Japanese dub show just fits. They could have just kept it in Japanese to avoid this, but they took a risk and I like it.

That's not an average English speaker. They make Japanese accents because it's the target audience, Japanese people that learn English sound that way. The subbed English version is obviously better.
