Rincon sounds like a great area to live in! Being able to access everything but not necessarily deal with the busyness of traffic is always a plus!

It's very green, that's for sure. I love the big oak trees with all the Spanish moss. We have two on our property and I adore them.

Rincon sounds a lot like Buckeye in terms of the location and the values. Buckeye is next to Goodyear which is our Pooler with all of the shops.

Sounds very similar, Amy. Rincon is kind of out in the country which is why we chose it. We just got a Chik Fil A here and you'd have thought the queen was coming to town the way it was covered in the paper!

@@georgiacoasthomes we have one of those in Goodyear. Sounds like Rincon is ahead of Buckeye in development. We did finally get a stand alone Starbucks though.

It's a big clothing section too! The shoe section is only a few rows but it's still a decent size. The Kroger by my parents' house has a BAR in it. A full on, sit down and order a drink, bar. Rincon's doesn't, which is too bad because that would making shopping a lot more fun. 🍷

Me and my family our actually planning to move to Georgia in two years after my son graduates high school in jersey. My husband job wants him to go to Savannah. At first I was looking at pooler then I saw bad reviews. I did my research for rincon I saw good reviews. Being that you live in rincon is it worth it?

I have to say it’s getting better. I stopped frying my hair with a flat iron and now it’s adapting better.Not great but less like a chia pet! 🤣

I would make a RU-vid video and let them find you. Or do a free webinar or a FB live video. Make a web site and offer stuff for free. Once they get your freebie now you can market your service to them. But if you contact them cold you’re right, it’s just spam.

Re: Rentals: what is the average rental rate in Rincon for a single senior citizen? I am in search of either 3 or 4 room apartment for myself. Non-smoking & currently no pets. ( But would like to get one).

I love Rincon, although not all the traffic on 21 lately. Hope they wrap up the road construction through Port Wentworth soon.

It is more of a steal in living down here. There’s some small cities near rincon, that are thriving. Guyton is a cute community!

Yes I spent a lot summers with my grandma and grandpa my mom parents, when I was a child so I'm familiar with Effingham county but I was born in Atlanta and raised in east point ga about 10 minutes away from Atlanta.

@@bobrobinson8310 Lots to do in ATL but I can't stand the traffic. I'm a wimp! I can't stand the freeways with 5 lanes going each direction.
