Thanks Eric! on the point about the inner chest, this is something that ring flies will help with, but real inner chest growth comes from dumbbells and machines (as much as it hurts me as a bodyweight athlete to say this! 😅 )
@@CaliToTheCrowd I use rings and bands at the moment. Any suggestion for a band exercise that would target the inner upper chest, Andrew? I do low to high flies but I'm just not getting the burn.
For upper chest, I think very little will beat weights. Decline push ups are decent and ring flies work for that upper portion too, but dumbbells give the best results in my opinion. Hope this helps 👊🏿💪🏿
As allways bro great video and amaizing exercise. Its amaising to see your pectoral muscle fibers at work. Gteat work to get strong. Well im going to work on my chest muscles.😂 continue with the excellent tubes.
Yeah, you're probably that slight bend is VERY important, as we are so vulnerable in that highly extended position. It's what makes conditioning for skills like planche, front Lever and back lever so crucial. Hope you recover soon 👊🏿
I was always sceptical about this exercise, so I just sticked with ring push ups. But with the correct set up and explanation I think it will be a great exercise to try! Thanks man
Man, after all this time, I love seeing this channel not only delivering insanely good content as always but growing exponentially :) Proud of you brother!
