Do you get notification like vibration if your phone is muted, that ring vibrates? Or when morning alarm goes off?

Very put together as always! I like your videos, but kind of like with the robot vacuum video, when you don’t have any complaints or cons, or comparisons to other potentially better products, it just feels like a commercial.

The only feedback I have is that you had the ring for 30 days or maybe even more and so I was expecting a more in-depth look at all the health features both in the app or the website or whatever other services they have. In your video you said that you didn't get into all of them and you were just kind of scratching the surface, so since it was a 30-day review I was expecting more. Either way, great work!

Careful buying Ringconn. Even though it's cheaper and there's no monthly sub, if you don't like it, you're stuck with it. and that's a lot of money to be out of.

40-60 beats a minute is a fine heart rate when asleep 60-100 is normal resting heart rate not necessary a sleeping rate that’s like sitting laying down driving so on 90-120 when walking or doing light activities is normal as well

Great review, thank you! What about it tracking your exercises? Say for instance if you’re running or walking, does it detect or tell you to select which type of exercise you’re doing?

i really only need one feature , to beep me if i am out of a certain heart rate zone when im exercising , does it have that ?
