Ring push-ups are so good! Soo much more activation and pump than standard push-ups or parallette push-ups. They are difficult though!

Ring Support Holds are great but what helps me the most are partial dips where you slightly bend the elbow and then lockout.

Hi. I have a question. Why are the elbows at 90 degrees outward so much on the ring push ups? Doesn't it put strain on the shoulders?

I thought Rings support hold should be with straight body not hollow body. I find hollow body way more comfortable and easier.😊 Thank you Daniel.

How high to put the rings relative to your body?

I fkin hate rings. Im a calesthenics guy but i will never use rings it looks like the most boring thing on earth. You dont need rings to get big

they actually offer good value for money. 20 bucks for a piece of equipment that can train my whole upper boddy is 100% worth it.
