As a musician, I love instrumental music. Same concept as classical music, it is enjoyable to hear 100% of all the instruments doing their thing if that’s the mood you’re in 🖤
It honestly depends on what the person is in the mood for, Sometimes I’m in more of an Instrumental mood, or an original album mood. ROS are still a phenomenal band, instrumentals, originals, they’re all great
I think this was your best album. The last two were good, but this one has the right blend of chaos, melody and shred. Think I like the guitar sound most on this record, too.
They wont play the same thing always and maybe there will be a better album than this one someday, but this album is undoubtly the best thing in death metal core history
@@drmichaelmorbiusofficial5765 The music at least on Infant Annihilator's records (I think this one too, but not sure) is actually performed & recorded in segments, so rather than doing one perfect take of the whole song, they go for perfect takes of each section. If you check out Aaron kitcher's drum covers on infant annihilator's RU-vid channel, You can see he's really that good (like 100% accurate, no-edit full one-take playthroughs w/ perfect execution of Despised Icon & Thy Art is Murder), but yes I agree he's one of the greatest composers out there, amazing drum arrangements
@@groundedgameplayx nope, only some songs for plop were recorded in segments, the rest is entirely programmed. Aron said that a couple of times on streams. Only drummer that would be capable of doing the crazier songs 1 take is Marco Pitruzzela.
@@kekkek7888aaron recorded (not programmed) the plop, egg is about 90% recorded 10% programmed, and the BOY is programmed entirely. still love their shit tho.
I was just thinking yesterday that Rings should release an Instrumental of this one. This made my night. We have been blessed by our Alien gods once again🤘👽🤘
Hi everyone, I hope you all have a fantastic night. Im not a big ROS fan but boy I do know they have a lot of tallent and I have to tip my hat to that. Im off to listen to some country but wanted to wish you all an awesomr night. 💛🤍💚Gabriel💙🖤💜
I think Ian's vocals are some of the best in the game. Though I am thankful for this upload so now I can listen to RoS in a public setting without terrifying other listeners. Well, without terrifying them as much. drums and guitars are still fucking brutal
Thank you a lot! I've been waiting for this since the original album came out. Fucking amazing. I hope you guys can find a studio that can recreate this amazing crisp sound mix for future albums.
@@hatwearingcrusader4471 Nah. "Ki" definitely means Earth/ground. The word for kill may be "gaz" or "gi" (the latter sounds similar to "ki", so maybe that's what caused the confusion). And En means lord, not god. God in Sumerian is Dingir (Diğir) So "kings killing gods" would be something similar to: "LUGALENE GI DIĞIRRENE" (My Sumerian grammar is not very good, so I maybe did something wrong, but the words are definitely right)
Being able to hear all of the little intricacies going on, especially in Godless times, is just.. I can't even think of a word for how amazing it is.. it makes me very fucking happy.
The album title Lugal Ki En translates from ancient Sumerian cuneiform to mean ‘King Of The Earthlings, Lord Of The Cosmic World.’ The Sumerian cuneiform is visible behind the English pronunciation of the album title.
I would love it if you guys would release this somewhere where I can download the flac of it. Or at least release an actual CD. I would be happy to buy either one.
this is fucking amazing, but what this helps me with is listening to myself singing the vocals over the music, and keeping in time ect, its also given me more respect for ian considering his voice is just as intense as everything else
