On this episode we head to the US Capital to visit Capital One Arena, home of the Washington Capitals.
They've undergone some major renovations but the best is yet to come with some pretty impressive digital signage and new scoreboard!

ive been to capital one about 10 times, 4 hockey, 5 basketball, and 1 ncaa. The renovation it had last summer made it a very fun place to watch and enjoy any kind of event

You doing more former rinks like the civic arena in Pittsburgh or Philips arena in Atlanta as well as defunct teams/arenas

For now I'm only sticking with rinks I've actually visited. My goal is to only comment from a real experience, my pros/cons of rinks. I also don't have any original content (photos/panoramas) to keep the consistency of the episodes. Maybe down the line if I get bored!

I was at Capital One Arena in early March for Carolina Hurricanes vs Caps, i thought it was Meh, nothing great nothing bad,I did like being able to catch the Metro to the rink

I just visited Capital One Arena and felt pretty basic and standard. Very cramped concourses. The sound in the arena wasn't that good either. Couldn't hear the announcements or music.

I’d love to. But as of now my unwritten rule is only reviewing rinks over visited in person. If I could get a sponsor on board to cover travel costs I’d love to! There’s some gems out there!

@@_TheRinks True. The Giant Center in Hershey Pennsylvania is my personal favorite. Ive Been there in real life and 15% of fans is allowed in currently, but you gotta wear a mask unless your eating.
