I really love your videos, so informative. in one of your videos you sad that your husband might could do a video on how he makes the raw hide inner sheaths for the knife sheaths you quill. that would be so awesome. I am trying to get better at sheath making.
Derek Sargent thanks so much. After years of making them we have found that rather than wetting the rawhide I just leave it dry. Choose a flat piece of rawhide cut out front and back and use an awl to poke holes then I like to sew it up with a soft flexible wire. If we ever get a chance to make a video I will. Thanks again
