The movies are named after him, even when he is a side character he is a beast in a fight and is feared like an animal "release rinzler" sounds more like release the loins over send the soldier
not really, check the animated series Tron Uprising, the orange color are those that allign with clue/brainwashed, they can resist it to some degree but they need a trigger (aka memeroy, friend,...)
There are subtle hints that Tron`s consciousness was still inside Rinzler fighting CLU 2`s corruption from the very first scene in which Rinzler appeared as when he saw Sam bleed he recognized him as a User and relented.

+virusnation171 CLU (Codified Likeness Utility) was created by Kevin Flynn to help him administer and build the system, including while he was away. This likely means that CLU has most if not all the access, permissions, and administrative authority that Kevin Flynn has (i.e., much the same level of power within the system). If you can imagine giving an AI "superuser" account power, that more or less is CLU. Tron is very powerful; in the original story he's a security program and by necessity better at 'fighting' than normal programs. But even as a security program, if you're up against someone who's basically the 'superuser' or 'sysadmin', in absolute terms you probably have less power. Even in the original movie, Kevin Flynn, being an actual user and not a program, had 'powers' that no program could have, including being able to redirect the solar sailer. Tron's powerful but he's still 'just' a program, and without carrying the sort of 'superuser' authority that Kevin Flynn created CLU with, he's not going to overpower CLU in a fight.
+Steven Kam CLU didn't have many user capabilities either, but the main things CLU could do (mentioned in the movie) was eitherCompletely destroying programs, to a point where they couldn't be re-written or Re-purposing programs, which is what he did to tron and other programs- where he basically re-programs them to suit his own needs. CLUs fighting capabilities would only be as good as kevin flynns were when he created CLU, CLUs ''admin powers'' on the grid don't go as far as any flynns do, if they did- CLU would have had a much easier time escaping flynn. CLU cant redirect the sailor for example.
+Memory Id say it is more likely that Clu has some form of admin protection privileges that make it impossible for programs to kill him just in case of emergencies while Kevin is gone rather than that Clu is a better fighter than Tron. I guess this because in the flashback scene where they fought Tron seems to only tackle and use nonlethal takedown methods on Clu before he corrupts him
yeah i didnt get that, i guess its better he died as himself instead of a brain washed cronie but i feel like they will push for he survived the world blowing up by being inside that water
I like to think rinzler/tron's second disc was Beck's disc. Imagine if the sea of simulation made him strong enough to bring beck back after flynn reset everything. Imagine a sequel with tron, beck, sam, and quorra all together
They should make a sequel to this because even though sams dad died but tron is still alive Sam could come back and accidentally go back to it to meet tron with the girl and continue what his dad started

What wouldve been a better ending is if Tron came back while Clu confronted Flynn and fought Clu to bring Sam and his Father and Quorra to the portal to return home ...
This kills me cause you never know what happens after he rebooted. If theirs ever a sequel hes coming back for a major role and hes gonna be the main guy.
This scene alone demands there to be a sequel or some sort of follow up. This has been one of my favorite movies since I saw it in theaters and I'm still hyped to see the IP continue into the 2020s. Here's to hoping Tron: Resurrection wasn't actually joke.
As much as I wanna agree with tron being alive don’t forget that at the end of the movie Flynn explodes the whole place..so it’s the entire end of EVERYTHING
Flynn didn’t destroy the entire grid. He only destroyed the portal location between the computer and the Real World, I think a little bit of Argon City was touched as well.
Also if you observe, you would notice the explosion barely affected the sea of simulation. It's like explosions in Minecraft the water prevents damage.
People talk about how in the halo series Cheif HAS TO take his helmet off to show emotion, yet you never once see rinzler's face and I believed he was sad and regretful seeing Flynn again
1:10 Foreshadowing his return in the next installment. Too bad whatever the original plan was got cancelled, and not sure if the new one would follow his return.
@@thetronwarriors4817 if you look closely at when Rinzler falls in the water his colors became white, signifying his change to an ISO, and then proceeds to fall to the water.
I hope that in a new TRON movie they bring Tron back. My theory is that when Kevin basically exploded at the end of the movie, Tron probably hid under the water to avoid the blast so he wouldn't get derezzed. Then again, that would mean Tron would have to swim all the way back to shore since he has no vehicle to get back due to CLU taking his baton.
klieser10 It wasn’t too late. They were planning to make a third movie for the franchise. The disk was taken to the real world so there’s a possibility that they could bring the program back after it was destroyed. The third movie would have been called Tron Lives
the actual name is just TRON,it was one of the unreleased tracks along with many others like sunrise,you just have to find the metro tokyo edition complete motion picture soundtrack,a total of 50 songs

Imagine the awkward situation, if tron gets to his senses 3 seconds earlier and just flies away while CLU falls in the ocean and sending a rescue signal or something. Then they are at the portal and Flynn is prepared to sacriffice himself. Doing like a I knew you would be here speech after he hears a glider. @@KizaruB yeap. And unfortunately Olivia wilde and Garrett Hedlund have stated that they are no longer interested in coming back for a sequel. It's a shame because they actually fought for a sequel for years but Disney didn't care.
