actually in the first world war, england fought for the majority of the 4 years of it, and consequentially were low on resources. USA, who had COURAGEOUSLY been sitting by watching it all happened, decided to storm in at the end of it, to try and look like heroes, giving us supplies FAR too late on in the war, taking on the germans that we had all crippled. I think Mourinho wanted a naturalised left-back rather than playing Gallas there, instead of playing him at centre-back. I don't think Gallas was too pleased at playing out of position week-in, week-out, so the deal worked both ways.. however, I still don't get why we gave them cash as well for a swap, because Gallas is much more solid at the back.
One time I got pissed during one of the rehearsals for a play. My friend brought his friends onto the stage. One of them actually went to the lighting system and wanted to mess things up. Everything was well prepared and furthermore, we had problems with the lightings. I asked my friend to ask him and the others to leave but they hesitated. He had the nerve to disrespect another collegue of mine. Finally they all left and my friend got scolded from me the next day.
