I know I am no one to comment on these fantastic athletes, but it's a bit frustrating to see someone getting gold just because sheer of sheer luck. with a bad throwing technique, she got just one throw right,and that took the game away from all others with much better performance.

The commentator was absolutely right saying crossing herself is fine but it's up to her to do the work. Perkovic was successful because SHE worked hard and SHE threw her best. No imaginary being helped her. You think she didn't cross herself the other 5 times? She had ONE successful throw. Looks like "God" let her down 5 times out of 6. Oh, and the other throwers we didn't see who may have made a cross too. Don't take away from this young athletes' extraordinary accomplishments by giving credit to a fictional being.
