no, you can't hold a freeze with that many minions, and if you thin out and reset, the Trynd will already be there and shove, so when you back in lane the wave is already pushing back and you lose exp gold from minions, or Trynd can even hold his own freeze

@@coleman4178 That sounds about the right outcome if you cannot freeze there, but hear me out on why you COULD be able to freeze there: @2:59 we have the setup (the picture I am trying to analyze). Trynda did not walk the wave in which gives us full control about the form of crash. If WW walks up to the ranged minions without attracting the melees we could only keep 4 full hp casters (these are the ones needed for the freeze) and clear the 2 casters and siege minion. Let the melees crash into tower and just leech the xp (investing 3 melees worth of gold for this). The siege minion probably needs Q + AA + AA (+ 1 more AA does not even cost much time if 1 or 2 AAs more cause Warwicks W atk speed) 1 Caster dies with 1 more AA and the second caster needs 2 AAs. This would take a total of 8 seconds (average value for the amount of AAs / Qs I counted) + 8 seconds to get your Recall off IIRC what the timer was on recalls. So lets add a few seconds as room for errors and say you recall 18-20 seconds later than Tryndamere. WW can walk to lane with W and Trynda with E with the advantage going to WW (If Trynda gets faster to your freeze WW also gets faster into W cast range so WW has a catchup mechanic of maybe 1-3 seconds for late recalls) so now lets count some seconds off that 18-20 seconds later recall and call it maybe 15-18 seconds later than Tryndamere. The total time passed should be just starting to change your freeze into a slowpush which leave Trynda room for either pushing it now or letting it push to him. If he starts pushing it you should still be there in time because your wave just got to start slow pushing and is atleast 1-2 minions bigger (1 Turret AA every 1.2 seconds x3 to kill 1 melee lets you loose 2 melees maybe in reach for 3rd melee xp). If Trynda slow pulls the wave the loss you have is more or less the same but with a slight advantage of getting a bit more tempo. This is ofcourse only theoretical and most of the values are just me counting from the video but seeing a WW with 1.6k gold and not spending it for a lvl 6 all in did hurt and even more after WW dies to Trynda like expected from a slow push in that situation (even though he died differently than expected tanking those 2 Turret AAs xD) . I definetly would have tested IF WW can freeze there by splitting the waves because that Info is way more important for me personally if you want to improve. Spending the gold as fast as possible was the highest priority here. And to back things up: I did those kinda freezes on both WW and Tryndamere back when I still played LoL. But that situation got more rare after people started to actually walk in waves and not just reset without seeing if it crashes.

Not even accounting if it is right or wrong, you expect people to do any kind of math in any situation in a game which people are constantly moving, player can only estimate in split second which decision is good, and you as a viewer can look at 1 frame of the video for as long as you want, of course you can math it out

​@@coleman4178 I know the math was only there because I was not in the situation to apply the freeze I would have gone for. My ingame live thought process would be: Freeze or not to Freeze what are the optimal gains: 1. Freeze: I want a faster reset because I just roamed and got a lot of value but only after base. (Having 10k gold for example does not give you an advantage if not spend). Losing Minions (Gold/XP) is worth to a certain degree as long as you get more value from somewhere else(basing and spending that big gold you just got way faster) 2. Not freezing: I would go for this play if I did not reach a certain gold value for something that spikes me enough and to guarantee a lvl 6 spike before my opponent (good on WW because you are a strong early game champ even without items but mana becoming an issue)

Lets make it even shorter: This VoD could have given us the answer if fogged just said "I dont know if I can freeze here but it would gain me a lot of tempo so I will try" this would imply that he accepts that it is a very hard to accomplish freeze that he would not go for normally but could apply it so we as the audience see if it is possible. Since these videos are mostly Low Elo games it is not important to win - but to show if the info he can give us has high value. Ofcourse this is my personal preference to see from educational content creators. And yes I do these kinda freezes if it is the same situation pre 6 and so on (this wave was 2 minions bigger than I normally feel confident I get the freeze off) Well I guess more comments for the algorithm now :D
