RIOT SHOULD JUST NERF LETHALITY ITEMS? 

aatrox's design is better suited for assassin builds than bruiser builds - he's basically a reset champ. If we nerf lethality until aatrox doesn't build it anymore, it just means that lethality is extremely bad. If riot wants aatrox to focus on building bruiser, they should change his healing to work like darius. If darius could get more healing by building full damage, he would. Darius's healing happens when he lands the sweet spot of his Q, and is based off his MISSING HEALTH. That is the change riot needs to make to aatrox if they don't want him building lethality - his kit scales based on damage dealt, so of course he builds full damage.

True, it be wild if they nerfed 5 bruiser items in one patch because that wouldn’t make sense or something

I think riot can incentivize Aatrox to build bruiser by tying his damage and/or omnivamp ratios to hp, and make the omnivamp works on pre-mitigated damage instead of damage dealt while nerfing the overall ratio. And about revive I have a simple idea that how about we allow him to only able to rez after two or even three take downs during ult, and ONLY available at lvl16 ultimate.

Aatrox is really really popular in soloq too. Those sweetspot Qs really do be giving us dopamine 😅

what atroxx players want: give us healing. what riot wants: lets give him lots of damage.

I can't play Aatrox anymore. I can't play him because I'm too distracted laughing at barely hitting 2 abilities and watching an enemy's health bar disappear like in a magic trick. Lethality is just not fair 😂

1:07 I do think most assassins are better or at least EASIER to do the job of taking out low health enemys beacause Riot grant assassins more mobility and ways to kill faster. Ofc renekton can dash 2 times, but take a blue kayn for example, he can run throught walls, go in, go out, has a long range ability that SLOWS to catch you even better, a little dash, A LOT of ms , you know , an assassin. I mean if i play a squishie champion i am more afraid of a kayn that lurk in my jungle than a renekton trying to push sidelanes and help teamfightings. But I don't think a fed lethality blue kayn can 1v3 like a fed lethalithy renekton, i mean I think it takes more skill for the kayn to do bruiser things. (no lifesteal for example). Well just to say that an assassin doing his job is more efficient at doing it than most of existent bruisers with lethality items like HYDRA. The reason everyone is building lethality over bruiser is because bruiser items don’t make you tanky enough. There is way too much damage in the game, which is proven by the fact that everyone maxes damage as much as possible in the meta besides a few champs who can scale with defensive items to be tanky and still one shot squishies.

If they wanna nerf lethality on aatrox, reduce omnivamp on e and r but make it scale with bonus health so hes forced to build bruiser if he wants to drain tank, and stays squishy w lethality. Obviously building tank will increase his omnivamp a lot more but then he has no damage so its pointless

the entire thing about shields being such a big thing is really confusing because we have serpents fang that deals bonus damage to shields. it's a very forgotten item but it's still there and still has that passive plus it has lethality.

If rito really hates lethality aatrox, they can always convert aatrox q to magic damage with normal scaling

A champ without any hp scaling is building assassin and is expected to build bruiser. Yea.... Riot not knowing their champs 101. Old aatrox with revive should have his invulnerability removed, there's anivia and zac with resu but riot entirely removed resu on aatrox. Same issue especially when Duskblade invulnerability was extremely bad.

The problem is that aatrox has low ad scalings so he builds pen, and his gealing is decided by damage, lower base damage increase ad scaling and make him heal based on pre mitigation damage instead of damage dealt

What if Riot makes Aatrox's E omnivampirism not scale at all with skill points, but instead scales with additional HP in such a way that with a normal fighter build he has the omnivampirism that he normally has when maxing out E ? That way if you build lethality it will heal much less and if you only build HP it will do much less damage.

Play tank aatrox with heartsteel rush dead mans spirit visage tabis and titanic hydra. I did this on vi top and i was laughing the whole game.

The thing about the dying for no reason is just that people want to enjoy playing. The problem is you cannot 1 vs 1 anywhere anything anymore without someone crawling out of somewhere. It gets boring. And the higher you climb the worse it gets

Give Aatrox Magic Scaling and On Hit on Q. Rework W on Aatrox to be a Earth Quake Punch. and have Ult give free Defence Stats

I might have very unpopular opinion here, but... I don't believe revive fits Aatrox, especially after rework. He's supposed to be undying, not "I stumbled, lemme get back up real quick" For a change, interesting take would be to add something potentially broken, which reduces "Healing reduction" effects during ult. Like, instead of 40%, it'd be 30% - 20%

if they limit the scaling of each class of champs like bruisers do not exceed 60% total ad scaling with items or assassins do not exceed 90% total scaling with items the game would be more balanced thats why games like dota one release about 1 hero per year each hero has a place. leauge just need to make copies of some champs in case one gets banned and work on items then you have a balanced game but riot makes so much revenue their eyes are bigger than their stomach also they will not be able to release champs like aphelios and hui.
