Is it safe to use cslol? And is it possible that riot will ban everyone except streamers?

It's completely safe, way back I even used to use a program that lets you use official riot skins as your custom skin and when riot sent a cease and desist to the devs of that they didn't ban the players using the program. If they ever decide to truly ban the use of custom skins there will probably be an announcement and if not they would still not ban people permanently for it.

@@juampi99990 it was called something like skin preview tool, I was using it around season 5 to the end of season 7, had a bunch of ads in it, needed admin perms to run, a ton of resources and wasn't open source but at least it worked and you could even play with skins that were only on PBE, fun times. Then it stopped working one patch and the dev had disappeared too even though they were really active before.

@@juampi99990 nice, my original reply didn't go through, I cba to type it all again and idk what triggered the filter. It was called lol skin preview, dev disappeared, it stopped working in S8, thing had a bunch of malware too.
