This is why I love your channel. Though it doesn't surprise me, many have no clue who he was. In the world of film, he was a quiet giant. I have smelled some of his scents, but didn't know he had so much fragrant work. Excellent Sir! Have a Great Day! Cheers! 🎉🎉🎉😊

Not sure if you mentioned it, but he was also the face of Dior's Eau Sauvage over the years. A great actor, I grew up in the Soviet Union (I'm old ;)) and he was very loved there, so I knew the name since childhood. Unfortunately, I never sampled any of his perfumes, but will look for them now! Thank you for the video!

Iquitos is so good it calls me to find some AD classic. Sadly the original bottles have fallen into the crazy prices category. I remember watching his film Le Samourai as a kid and it would be a great souvenir from a visit to Japan. RIP AD

Aqui en Argentina es muy anado y admirado hay venido varias veces Delon representa todo lo que amo de los 60s 79s y 80s DISTINGUIDO BELLO VIRIL CAUTIVANTE su personalidad y sus perfumes seran eternos indivisibles! pd . No te pierdas ver la pelicula LA PICINA con Romy Schneider anbos en su absoluta plenitud. , un thriller subyugante te dejo en otro comentario un link con unas imagenes. Great video RIP Leopard .. I have Samourai 47 , Shogun, Samourai Katana, and Seductuer Rebel ..and love them all .. I think Chris (scentland) mentioned that Delon himself wore polo blue ..and it's been well documented that he wore 4711 and Eau Sauvage for years .. In fact he told the head of Dior at the time " it's been my perfume for years (Eau Sauvage)

Sad day in France and a sad day for the french cinema lovers. When I visited Paris for the first time some years ago, I was quite lucky to see him randomly across the street. His face was so familiar… I only understood who he was when a young lady ran to him and asked for his autograph 😅

It's a sad end to this already horrible week, having lost one of my own family members who was also born in 1935. Big fan of Alain Delon, he has freshened my mind, and body in the past few years as I have come to know more and more about him.
