rip Stephen HIllenburg. I think as a kid, it didn't dawn upon me how much of an impact Spongebob had on my life. But these days, I notice so much of my sense of humor came from that show! Stephen, you will be missed :(

We will always remember Stephen Hillenburg for all the things he has made to make Spongebob a very wonderful show, and for how wonderful he was himself  Rest in peace Stephen Hillenburg, you will forever be missed and we will always remember you :sob:
Even though I didn't watch SpongeBob that much as a child, I really loved most the famous moments from the show. It was a show that was so unique from the rest, and even though the show isn't that good as it used to be imo, it was a wonderful show. It pained me a little bit to see Stephen die, and at such a young age too. Rest in Peace Stephen Hillenburg,You'll be missed.
My childhood is gone. He practically raised me. That’s how I learned to tie my shoe. All of my childhood shows are leaving one by one. I’m so sad that kids from this generation aren’t going to experience Spongebob. You’ll be missed
This song made me cry the first time I saw it. I was watching it before school in 1st grade I believe, and it devastated me that Gary had left. I cried when I heard that song any time after that. It could have been earlier this year and I would still be holding back tears. Now this song tears me up even more because it applies to the show itself. Beautiful cover, man. I applaud you. RIP Stephen Hillenburg.
I really want to thank Stephen for giving me that spark of humor in me I’m only 12 but he really has a impact of my childhood I hope when I have kids they watch spongebob thank you Stephen all of your fans love you
Rest in piece Stephen Hillenburg. Such an influential person on so many animators, and creator of an amazing show. He was also a big inspiration of mine, and I'm sad he's gone.
U have a amazing voice and thank you for doing this because I know how much everyone loves Stephen so t-thank you and R.I.P Stephen he was a man and artist and that used to love SpongeBob all the time I want to show some times so thank you so very much for completing my childhood
Most deaths of celebrities this year I’ve found kind of sad. But this one feels really personal to me. I remember turning on the TV to Nickelodeon as soon as I got home from school. I would always pretend that I was in the show. Mr. Hillenburg may be gone but what he has given us will last forever. RIP Steven Hillenburg He was #1
I know I’m 5 years late, but RIP Stephen Hillenberg. SpongeBob was one of my favorite shows and it’s sad to see the influencial man behind this show gone. Rest in piece, Stephen Hillenberg. Thanks for the memories.

I remember watching a little bit of SpongeBob in 2018 but now I watched more of it now to this year. SpongeBob is probably the inspiration of the many object shows made. Anyways, R.I.P 😭
So many people with names beginning with s have died this year. Stephen Hawking, Stefan Karl Stefansson, Stan Lee, now Stephen Hillenburg. It’s just sad.
