The tipping problem is that servers don't actually want to fix the problem either cause most of them would recive less money if the employer paid them "fairly"
yea and in places like ontario, waiters already have to be paid the minimum wage (not like in some places in america where you get paid $2/hour and tips cover the rest). Yet, servers in Ontario still say you are an ahole for not tipping
