Honestly, if you're going to make a video like this, it would be better to get a professional free skater and professional ripsticker to go head to head with these questions. You put in the time to learn free skates, but you didn't put in the time to learn the ripstick, so this video is already unfair. All the things you said about the ripstick in this video is due to your lack of skill. (No offense) With practice, everything that you mentioned here is easy and satisfying. The fact that so many people are making comments like mine let you know that it is a real issue.
I like freeskates but this video is one sided. both are fun it's own way. and what about compare price, and which can jump over things without touching your feet on the ground? not exactly fair

every downside you brought up against the ripstick is false. This whole video is rigged. Yeah... somebody who can bearly ride a ripstick is slower than the owner of a freeskate brand... tricks on a riptick are limited? thats just wrong. slowing down is awkward? thats just wrong. "lets see who can do more better, somebody riding a mountain bike for the first time or an experienced BMX rider" is the same vibe
Ripstik also helps if you have a snowboarding hobby and there isn’t snow during the summer. It’s a great alternative to snowboarding and has a similar feel

I'm at least 5x as fast on a waveboard and also ripstick pro is much better and doesn't break as fast and has grip tape you can do lots with ripstick pro
