OMG...that's so similar to the project I designed on paper about a year ago. The idea and concept are the same except I used different materials. I'll definately love to go visit and speak with this guy and show him my drawings.
O FINAL DO VIDEO É IMPORTANTE!! VOCÊ TEM QUE PONDERAR!! ESTE FOI UM PROJECTO FELIZ MAS PODE NÃO SER FELIZ PARA TODOS. EU QUERIA CRIAR UMA COMUNIDADE NA COSTA RICA LEVEI UMA SEMANA A VER VIDEOS E DESISTI DE IR! 🥵
Love the idea, but seems like it is just taking the suburbs to Costa Rica. I would like to know how they plan to keep from just becoming what the people were trying to leave behind in the first place.
What directly contributes to the lower cost of living in your community? Shared resources, sustainable systems? Given that Costa Rica cost of living is notoriously high, I would love to cite this statistic with confidence, because I work with the Regen Tribe collective, which is building regenerative community land projects. We want to communicate the value that people receive by living in these communities
Kinda hilarious how he says "you can drive here over the cerro de la muerte- a beautiful mountain road"...Wait...what was the name of that road? The Hill of Death? lol Seems like a cool place tho.
It's also called Cerro Buena Vista :), the name Cerro de la muerte is because the place is one of the coldest places in Costa Rica and there are some legends that many people died of cold there a long time ago. Pura vida ✌️😎
Looks amazing. Will have to check you guys out the next time passing through Perez Zeledon. We have a small tropical fruit farm / Air BnB in San Vito Cotos Brus. Very similar climate at 3500 feet. No need for an AC!
Saludos desde Ecuador, si fuera posible poner subtitulos en español, esta super el modelo , me encanto, felicitaciones a los mentalizadores pero me gustaria conocer el resto de la propiedad.
Too many rules, regulations, permits, license, permission, $$$$ ect. Not possible . Go to C.R. or create an eco- community in a lesser cost Latin country.
@@RobbieRocksWell maybe it was repurposed in these guys repurposed the star fort into a garden who knows I'm glad I'm versed and wake and aware in a bunch of different shit
Community is the way humans have lived for millions of years... lovely to see the old is "new" again. Western individualized living has caused a shit ton of issues...
Or... reverse migration is a real thing. As the US is flooded with millions of immigrants from places like Mexico, Central America, and Afrida ... what's wrong with a couple hundred thousand going the opposite direction? Is immigration only for people with a certain skin color or something?
